about.
Established in 1991, Mezographic was originally a screen-printing business that followed the evolution from display and industrial screen print to large format digital. In the late 1990’s, we made our first investment in digital technology. At our core we remain trade qualified printers and graphic pre-press. This gives us a greater understanding of industrial design, colour management, material and material handling that many of our competitors do not have. Our staff have ink in their veins.
Mezographic use GMG colour management. This is critical for achieving accurate colour reproduction across different media but also allows us to profile our different machinery to achieve the same result. This means in a large campaign that may include posters, display stands, floor graphics, corflutes and banners printed across different printing devices all the print will look the same.
Profiles are done to FOGRA standards, and all work tickets created for our printers include FROGA proofs.
Mezographic's sign department have experienced and qualified sign writers. We produce and install all indoor and outdoor signage including vehicle wraps and graphics, building signage, acrylic lettering, window graphics, directional signage, exhibition signage and display graphics. We also have a network of installers across the country we regularly use for coordinated campaigns.
Producing and installing our own products takes out any problems and miscommunications between printers and installers.
Standard CMYK large format has its limitations and restricted colour gamut's. We offer Fluro (the only flatbed printer in Australia to do so), metallic, spot orange, clear varnish and white. A great selling point for your work.
Mezographic offset 100% all operational carbon.
This is something we do with no additional charge to our customers. We do it for our families and for the future. Our direct action includes two massive solar systems totaling 200 KW. We also recycle all our paper and polypropylene offcuts (corflute synthetic paper).
In 2023 we recycled 50 tons of this plastic waste that would have otherwise gone into landfill. In addition, we offer a wide range of green alternative products. For example, we recently helped convert a well-known retailer for our client that was using PVC products to new recyclable paper-based stock. Our estimators are always happy to find you green alternatives.
